Oxdale spring tine cultivator, suitable for tractors as low as 10HP, simply mount on the 3 pt linkage and set off. Spring Tine Cultivators are used in general to stir and crumble the soil mixing up it up, to help both crops to grow and remove weeds. They work well on all grass areas that require maintenance particularly with hard and dried soil surfaces. Working well with any other attachment you might have.  i.e., a roller or a rotavator.
